Dr. Candace E. Pérez is a Behavioral Scientist, Sociologist and Executive Coach.
Dr. Pérez’s areas of expertise include mindfulness, Evidence Based approaches to coaching, somatic interventions to healing and sexual and reproductive health.
Dr. Pérez is also an Executive Coach, experienced in the training and development of C-suite level leaders and emerging professionals.
Coaching is a big commitment that you make to yourself. As my client, this is an intentional commitment. In turn, I, as your Coach, honor your time and goals, which you have set for yourself.
During your initial session, we'll take the time to assess your situation and your goals, and the results you wish to achieve. After the initial session, all sessions will be conducted on either a bi-weekly or a weekly basis. The frequency of sessions may be adjusted to accommodate your specific needs, while I as your Coach, provide you consistent guidance and support.
